With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Oliver has been serving clients throughout Contra Costa County since 1998. A California native, he grew up in Lake Tahoe and attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo before relocating to the East Bay to build his real estate career.

Over the years, Oliver has successfully helped clients buy and sell more than 1,000 homes, totaling over $1.25 billion in sales volume. His deep understanding of local market trends, combined with sharp negotiation skills, allows him to consistently deliver strong results for both buyers and sellers.

Oliver specializes in trust and probate sales, divorce-related transactions, and guiding clients through major life transitions. He is especially passionate about helping move-up buyers strategically leverage their equity, as well as assisting empty nesters and downsizing clients in making confident, informed decisions about their next chapter.

In 2022, Oliver founded The Oliver Brown Real Estate Team, a collaborative group of five agents and a dedicated Operations Director, focused on providing a high level of service and results-driven support. He holds certifications in both Probate Sales and Certified Full-Service Professional, further reinforcing his expertise in complex transactions.

Oliver’s hands-on experience extends beyond sales, with a strong background in renovation and construction. He works closely with sellers to maximize property value and helps buyers identify opportunities to build equity through thoughtful improvements. His ability to see both the big picture and the finer details gives his clients a strategic advantage in any market.
